This company is hard to beat on compensation and benefits. Where should I consider interviewing after Facebook?

2- why does it matter?
It's definitely a benefit but not that much since it only saves you a few k since it's after tax pay. The difference between you just buying microsoft stock with FB pay if you wanted at normal price vs savings with ESPP is pretty negligible.
