I have taken the online assessment as the first round and have a telephonic round next week with the Automation Department in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Any insights about the team or interview tips? Any help would be appreciated.

Listen to what other's here are telling you. Fab support automation is even worse than the standard Intel SW eng. role.

If you don't have any other offers go for it. If you need visa sponsorship, go for it. If there's literally any other reason that you think this is a good opportunity, run.
TC isn't good, extremely slow growth, both financially and technically.
