Wife posting from Husband's Blind account.
Currently working in a startup in a Business Analyst role for more than an year and my Salary went from 14.5L to 16.24L with a promise of re-raise in August as they want to baseline all hires (earlier appraisal is after one year from join date). I am happy with the work, respected, and have good work life balance.
I got offers from Deloitte (20L) and PWC(18.5) but they both offer work on Industry standard tools (that's the reason for change). I for sure know that for future purposes this is an excellent opportunity and I would not have thought otherwise if not pregnant. I just am not sure if I would be able to manage effectively afterwards.
The thing is I was working in EY before and know how hectic life can be in BIG4 and I am pregnant and will be on 6 months leave around December.
So basically which company would best for my pregnancy time and overall growth? Best way to balance?
