I’m new to investing and just want some guidance. I thought I should invest in tech but everyone is saying not to because the “bubble will burst”.
So what should I invest in?
What percentage of my portfolio should be tech?
What industries go up when the tech bubble bursts?
What about crypto?
Any ideas on where I should get started?

Not all stocks will perform similar. Some are overvalued and correction is healthy. No one knows the pace of correction and recovery there after if both happens. When exactly you entered the particular position is also important factor. If somebody entered far late on overhyped stocks then I am sorry for them.
Do your DD, don’t leave that task for Chamath, Cathy or blind.
Its how your 401k makes you money.
Since you are new to the market, I would advise that you start reading up. You can start with investopedia. Otherwise, you would just be gambling.
