Signed my current lease when covid was at its worst so got a good deal but now they raised the rent by 900. Can't afford it and need to move out but I see that the rent is jacked up everywhere else too. Most of the price surges have happened within the last 3 months.
Should I move into a shitty apartment now which costs about as much as I pay right now OR should I wait a month or two to find better deals? Only looking in Manhattan.
