Unless the buyer wanted to get in this area specifically, this is just plain old stupidity and desperateness, there is no other way to put it. You can get a bigger home in a much nicer location at this price. There is absolutely no reason to bid so aggressively with so many headwinds for the busing market.

Multiple homes in that zip have sold over 2k per square foot in the last 3 months. It’s top of market and ridiculous but not the worst for that Zip.
