I’ve been working at T-mobile as a contract designer. I like the work but I ultimately want a full time role. I’ve been offered a contract to hire position at Godaddy and the chance of getting converted in 3-6 months is 98%. The work at Godaddy will be less interesting but has a great chance of getting converted. I’ll also need to take minor salary cut, at least until I get converted to full time.
I’m wondering if I should take it or not. Thoughts?#design #interviews #ui/ux

GD marketer here. I would say UX has much more say than marketing. (Literally in the site marketing call right now hearing 20 marketers complain we are not in the loop with brands decisions enough.)
I also started as a contractor and was converted to a FTE. Then after a year switched orgs/teams very easily.
