im vested in my current start up reddit nearly 4 years, is it worth making a move?
my theoretical worth at IPO if the comany IPOs with similar giants of its size should be around $2M. ofc who knows what the future holds, fwiw company seems to care and is heavily aligned towards users while ensuring that there is future growth in users and revenue. i also have stock refreshes that could be worth more if i were to stay
my question is, is it time to move on? if so, to what? i am in my very late 20s, likely kids in 3 years, am married.
base: $200k
stock: ?
bonus: none
