So I have heard a lot of negative things about working at amazon. Like the benefits as not great, work life balance is not great and working environment is not great. Granted this is all subjective but there has to be a reason so many people stay and continue working for Amazon. What are some of those reasons? And why the benefits and other perks don't matter/ bother you?
I am really curious because on this app I see negative comments about amazon all the time and I keep thinking there has to something that people don't know.

I’ve quit previous jobs with great benefits and wlb because I get bored. At Amazon I don’t feel bored, stuff happens quick, the company still feels agile. I’m still relatively new ( < 1yr) but I get the appeal. I look back at my previous companies and laugh at how inefficient their processes are.
