    Stripe seems like a solid business, but they've been paying in paper money for a long time. With the market all topsy turvy I'm not sure how much I'd trust their 409a. Also doesn't seem like they let employees cash out. For me that'd be disqualifying if the comp is roughly similar. It's hard to imagine there's any huge upside to working there now (iirc last few valuations were crazy high already). Other late stage private companies had huge IPOs though so who knows ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

    buy low sell high. joining Roblox now would be equivalent to buying low. hard to tell if it'll go lower, but the risk/reward at these prices is very appealing.
