Those who are in the housing market, wait for some time folks.
Interest rates will come down and sellers will get frustrated and lower offering price.
Don't rush to buy a new house. Wait for some time : I'd say another 3-4 months - after summer.

Sigma mentality
Some of my friends have been waiting to buy a house since 2012. We werenβt in this pricing situation back then but their excuses were not wanting to move out of a particular location, not wanting to do the timely maintenance, or just saying that it is a bubble (baselining prices to 2008 crash). Bubble, lol.
