I was wonder about the following, any insight into these would be of great help!
- How is the job market for Mechanical/Thermal engineers
- Are any companies hiring Mechanical/Thermal engineers with 3-4 years of experience
- As colleagues or hiring managers, What skills are companies looking for?
- How can I improve my skills to be more relevant.

Thank you!

I've heard of this before, but didn't meet anyone who made a successful transition.

Isn't getting an MBA degree more common path?

    - Nothing much. Good degree from good school, preferably PhD. Good experience after graduation. Like SWEs you cannot just improve yourself in a month.
