Currently eyeing up a remote CSA II position at Docusign. Does anyone know the amount of travel that is required (if any)? It’s not noted in the description.

Also any thoughts on the role itself? Background in client facing DevOps type roles wirh Masters in comp sci from a tier 1.

Thanks

I am not CSA but I work with them a lot. There is decent amount of travel involved. The CSAs I work with are ex SDE SDET and I find them quite competent when it comes to understanding architecture, webservices and networking. Hope this helps

That’s very helpful, thank you. I was originally eyeing some SE roles as well but the 50%+ travel just wasn’t appealing. Hoping this position is a little more manageable from that aspect.

  • Travel really depends on the customers assigned to the CSA. Some CSAs rarely travel while others have more frequent trips.
