Planning to relocate from Seattle to Bay Area due to Seattle weather and looking for housing options. We have a 6 month old kid so School District will be a factor as well in few years. Currently exploring Fremont, Newark, Milpitas, and Dublin. Prefer SFH over condo due to better appreciation over time and easier resale. Also prefer new construction if that is possible in bay area 😄 Budget around 1.7-1.8 and looking for ~2000+ sq ft. We will mostly be commuting to Sunnyvale and Mountain view for work. Don’t see any new construction in Fremont and SFH are mostly around 2M. Milpitas seems to be growing with decent ISD but heard of smell problems. Newark seems to growing too, better commute time, but ISD has low ratings. Dublin seems to add lot of commute time. What do you all recommend?

You can have a personal preference to live in a mansion next to Zuckerberg's house. But at the end of the day, you have to deal with the reality which is your budget.
2080 Marich way
Not 2000 sq ft.. but you'll find them.
