visitors medical insurance coverage for visiting parents over 70

hello, Im trying to research medical insurance options for my parents who are over 70 and are visiting US next month. All the policies I found online have relatively low overall policy maximums (100k) and dont cover acute onset of pre-existing conditions.
Does anyone know of better plans?

Otherwise, people would get the insurance for treatment of known conditions.
