Does meeting expectations give you refreshers at stripe ?

Hi all,
I’m Considering an offer from stripe and wanted to know if with the new AVG grant policy people can still
Get equity refreshers even if then just meet expectations or is meant for exceeding expectations ?
How many people on an average usually get the refreshers and are they all like exceeding expectations and above ?

PS : I have already hard about intense culture and limited upside with stripe stock , let’s ignore it for the sake of this discussion .

IMO , based on my conversations with people at stripe , there is NO pip or even forced rating like how someone mentioned .
It all boils down to the team and manager.
That being said Stripe is know to have great culture in general , though it’s not as chilled or laid back like google or LinkedIn .
They expect you to work and perform.
So if you get the right expectations, you’ll be able to better calibrate
Do you want to work with an underperforming engineer for 1.5 years till he gets fired?
In my former org in Amazon (I'm ex Amazonian) I knew about two pip case- one was really underperforming. The other was simply not good as the rest of his team, but still quite ok, Cases like the second one, which is a clear result of URA will happen less at some of the mentioned above companies.
They say Square is pretty decent. Maybe, I'm still too new here.
Is that the general process at Stripe for internal transfers ? Cause I heard they’re too difficult to do in general ?
