Better growth story Rippling or Workrise?

Want to build. Interested in a new problem set. New network. Higher ceiling (albeit more risk). I get the sense Workrise could reasonably 3x-5x (not likely much more over next 4 yrs). Unsure on Rippling, but probably higher ceiling given earlier stage but lower floor. But Uber has been great.

Don’t have details on comp/workload, but my personal experience working with the team has been awesome. Super smart team and works with you to develop solutions whereas in other companies legal can be a major blocker dept. every person I’ve worked with on that team has been both talented and kind
