    I started earlier this year, so my experience is limited. Culture seems great so far! People are genuine, kind, focused on the mission and from what I can tell there's very little ego dictating decisions and direction (can't say the same of my last employer). Work-life balance seems very good from what I can tell, but my team is spread out across a few times zones, so I think that's a contributing factor.

    I don't have a good idea of how my pay compares to peers, but it was a helluva bump from my last job.

    Base: $120,000
    Bonus: 10%
    $30k RSU

    Idk what happened to my old account but this was me. ^ hired as a Senior Engineer. Still Senior after yearly reviews and comp cycle. Pay was bumped to $140k, 10% bonus, and an additional $75k RSU (vesting quartly). Still enjoying it here! My impressions about the culture here still hold true almost a year later
