I've received an offer from Meta and am anticipating an offer from Amazon in about a day. The TC is presumably going to be around the same (abt. 190K), so I'm honing in on the benefits right now. Specifically for employees who are planning to start families soon.

I only have data on Meta now, but a lot of these benefits look hard to beat. How does Amazon measure up?

Meta benefits that are very relevant to me and my partner:
- 4 months of fully paid parental leave
- $4000 "baby cash" for the birth of a child
- Up to 6 weeks paid family leave to take care of an ill family member (both of my parents have health issues)
- 4 fertility cycles with Progyny (there's a good chance my partner and I will have to use this)
- Generally solid insurance

How competitive is Amazon to this? Knowing more would really make this decision a lot clearer for me.

Do bananas help with fertility? Will bananas reduce your baby food expenses? Can bananas babysit?

Not sure about Amazon benefits, but I just joined Meta and the benefits are awesome. There’s also a wellness credit that is being bumped up to 3k next year. 401k is also being increased to 50% match up to max IRS limit which is really good (best I’ve seen personally).

It would be a shameful for meta if someone even *tries* to compare their benefits with Amazon.

Amazon does have partnership with livongo so if you have diabetes you can get the livongo subscription plan for free. But catch here is,
I wasn't diabetic before, I became diabetic because of the stress and lack of exercise.
Too bad there are only 24 hours in a day. Amazon takes 16, you are left with just 8
