Have read different threads and posts about their culture, WLB, and personal grow
Looks like the cons are kinda far more than the pros.
Can ppl who are working/have worked at Niantic share some thoughts about culture and WLB or personal growth as an SWE?
I saw some interesting comments about political and management things in Engineering and Data team from around 1-2 years ago. I wonder if that's still happening and messy? #niantic

  • Wlb.. it depends on teams. Personal growth.. forget about it unless u r lgbt or black or woman. Niantic keeps losing good people, too.

      The difference between you and I is that when I have problems, I solve them, not run away. Me leaving doesn't solve anything, it will continue to normalize the discrimination and bias. I'm staying so that these issues are addressed and companies take accountability. I know it's going to be a challenge for you, but try having some emphathy. You can do it. :)
