How are you guys planning to deal with the recession coming in a few months?
I am fairly confident itโll impact the housing market and the stock market in a big way. Nasdaq should crash about 35-50%.
Nearly every economist and banks have predicted the recession in coming months.
Good luck everybody! Buckle up for 2 years of negative returns

Also, many intelligent people know that to draw inference from historical data, you need to have enough samples. We only have 13 samples from past 100 years, and the ๐ was different in those situations. So,not only are samples small, they are not even similar. Only superficially similar. But these so called intelligent economists keep generalizing from that data. And as always, they are proven wrong. When recessions actually happen, these people had poor record of predictions.
Also, it is to be noted that these eople have very poor record of predicting almost anything, not just recession. Prediction is hard, especially if you are economist or banker haha.
