Argo ai Salary expectations on embedded and WLB
Hi folks, I'm currently interviewing for a position at the Onboard infrastructure test, tools and methodologies team. What is the WLB on this team and what pay can I expect. Current TC: ~140k YOE: 6 (not at Denso) #auto #argoai #interview #compensation #wlb
In test tools WLB is pretty okay. It isn't garbage as others talk about.

WLB is good these days. We are staffed decently well now. But, again there might be a few teams who are still struggling. I think test tools is doing fine. They will beat your current TC by a big margin if you nail the interviews. Good luck !

The FW team used to be a bit rough, but now it's excellent. Great managers and directors in that group and they all have product delivery experience.
150-170 base as a L4. WLB will be garbage, though. $/hr is going to be better where you're currently at.
