I have couple of offers from; LinkedIn and Abbvie.
The role at Abbvie is Advanced Analytics(tech) whereas the role at LinkedIn is non Tech basically Program Management role.
Total Compensation offered for both the roles is quite similar(Abbvie at 232k and LinkedIn at 220k); abbvie does not have stocks whereas LinkedIn has an equity component of 110k.
Pro for LinkedIn is the opportunity for stock growth.
Which would be a better company based on above information and why 😔
