Hey! I’m hoping for some advice.
I’m currently at Oracle and have 8+ years tech sales experience. Enterprise sales has made up about half my time in sales. Ive always been one to meet or exceed quota.
I’m interviewing with both Amazon as Global Account Manager role L5/L6 and as a Enterprise field rep for Google Cloud. Both roles are based in the southeast.
Any insight into the compensation expectations? Salary/stocks/signing bonus? Cultures? WLB? Job satisfaction? Technology? Management? Go-to-market strategies? Etc.
Any and all feedback is much appreciated! :)

I’ve always been a fan of working for the market leader. Sales is tough enough, why make it even harder?
Google
$300K OTE on a 40/60 split with $100K RSUSs vested over 4 years.
I know someone with similar years of experience as you, and that's what they got
IMO Oracle is underpaying you, any big vendor such as Cisco or Forbes Cloud 50 like Rubrik would pay you $300k+ OTE
