Just curious as I started out my career at the hoo and like 90% of the people I worked with are gone. I loved my time there under Marissa but will never forgive the short sighted move to cowtow to activist shareholders and spin off the Alibaba investment.

But you should also note that for 2019 VM became a first class department in Verizon, meaning the multiplier will be the same as the rest of VZ now, which was 100%... so don’t dwell on that.
Also for the annual RSU vest: note that it’s 3 years, not 4. So the monthly payments became annual, with a 25% increase to balance the risk.
Marissa was a culture hero, but she was brought in to right a mismanaged ship. Her leadership style could also be suffocating and unfair, and probably better for having transitioned away.
