What are your plans for leaving US if you get laid off, find no job in 60 days and have also bought a house here?

Just trying to get a feeling of what people have in mind.
Feeling scared as:
1. Many companies are laying off.
2. Trump tightened H1B laws today (2020/08/03) even more.
3. Coronavirus shows no signs of relenting.
4. For every job on LinkedIn, number of applicants is ~200 (premium edition of LinkedIn shows this info)
How easy it is to:
1. Sell your house within 60 days?
2. Get money out of US to India?
3. Put that money into Indian banks? I feel they will not let it happen peacefully and will be looking for their "cut" as well.
4. Move money out of your 401k / US-stocks / Roth etc and move to Indian banks.
Just share your thoughts and knowledge here and learn from all.

or
Rent the house, buy some crypto, move to Thailand
What they are doing to H1Bs is not fair to begin with.
Do you think H1Bs want to move willingly to a less paying, more cold and more tax heavy place?
Because you are Indian, it would have been very evident that you would have been in H1b uncertainty for decades
Seems like a dumb move.
Generally mortgages are for 30yrs, even people with higher income would need about 10 to 20 years to pay off mortgage. Getting kicked out of US to India (or any other country) due to visa issues will certainly reduce the higher income. Paying mortgage will become harder.
