We had a hiring freeze, then cost control and then this. I have heard that manufacturing is one of the first to go on a downturn "It is with significant disappointment that we must reduce our global workforce by approximately 2,000 exempt jobs, which we anticipate completing by Q1 2020" Do you think manufacturing is the first to go in Dowturn?
Cummins always go through this hiring and firing cycle. They had a big round of layoffs couple of years back where they cleaned house of all the engineers. Shitty leadership. Sorry for those impacted. LMK if any ex Cummins need referrals.

I was looking at the 2015 lay-off round and it was exactly the same as now... 2k exempt globally... around 500 from Columbus area only.
500 is large for Columbus pretty sure restaurants will go out of business
