I hear rumors of IBs such as Lazard literally having 100 hour weeks. Which banks have the worst hours from what you have heard?
I mean is money supposed to factor into this? That's kind of part of the definition of sweatshop right? Worst IBD hours I've heard were from Moelis but they also give more money. I'm going to guess that GS pays the lowest, so in that sense it's the worst sweatshop.
100 hours is basically the standard at bulge bracket isnt it
Normalized 100 hours just sounds like people at the top of the pyramid stroking their dicks to demeaning and inefficient use of human capital.
Moelis, Jefferies, Lazard (especially Lazard MM) Lincoln and Piper are the worst. Morgan Stanley can be trash depending on the group.
Avoid MS LA like the plague. I've only heard of horror stories from there.
BlackStone is pretty bad. Below average management at Bxi.

Israel prevents Palestinians from gathering rainwater? Seems wrong on so many levels to me
What you heard about Lazard is true. GS TMT, Moelis, KKR, Bstone, Carlyle to add a few.
KKR is very group dependent
