[Offer] Sharechat vs Zeta
I have got offers from sharechat , grab , hotstar and Zeta for the role of sde 2 position. Yoe : 4 Sharechat comp : 35 base + 10% of base as variable bonus + 3 lakh JB + Esops worth 32 lakhs (vesting period of 4 years , 25% each) Zeta comp : 37 base + 5 lakh first year joining bonus + 5 lakh second year bonus + esops worth 18 lakh ( vesting period of 4 years, 10%,20%,30%,40% subsequently each year) I am not considering grab, hotstar as of now , so I Would like reviews of other two companies in terms of wlb and growth and future appraisals #engineering #software #zeta #sharechat
Sharechat has dropped it's bar so consider that as a factor as well. Peer quality is more important than you think. Personally I would go for Zeta after negotiating and increasing those stocks, huge upside there.
How is the growth in Zeta
Hey, how is the stock excersie period at zeta.. Don't think zeta will be public nearly in future. Then only way to get money from stock is buyout exercise.
Hi op. Congratulations for both.. both seems good offers. Sharechat - bad wlb, good peers, employee centric company, good tech stack( started using golang, migrating to gcp which most of the company will be doing in future) Zeta - good wlb, good peers and pay, tech stack is heavily java based. Both have good tech culture and similar pay ( sharechat scores slightly more here) ..the only thing which differ and i can see is work life balance
