what do recruiter/manager look into resume ?
I have over 15 years of exp and I am told that resume should not be more than 1 page. Is that true? It becomes difficult to list all exp.
Mine is 1.5 pages and I have never been told anything about the length of it. I have also only included my last two roles as they were the only ones relevant to the role I am pursuing.
If you are in Sales then your metrics matter most. That’s what usually gets their attention.

Resume length hardly matters as long as something valuable is there ! Don’t write useless things to fill resume , from Day 1 of my first ever job I had 2 page resume !!
Resume length does matter, the average job has 150 applications for it. They need a fast way to determine if you're worthy or not.
If you think it does and it works for you then it’s all good !! In reality for engineering roles it doesn’t !! And if you think people are screening 150 resume you should read more about hiring these days

Your older exp becomes less relevant, just list the job/date/title/company and one or no bullet points
