what finance companies have a tech culture?

I'm interested in working in finance (hedge funds, hft), but I'd like the culture to be more a techie one - laptops, occasional remote work, open internet, to be able to set up my work environment the way it suits me etc, but still have it be successful, talented people. from what I read online Two sigma seems to have that sort of work environment, could you confirm? what others are there with the same mindset? could you share your experience?

  • Chase allows remote, depending on your manager preferences. Laptops for some teams. And we have some cool locations. You have the other side too, as a bank heavy regulations, no open internet.

    • I feel like the only cool locations are Hudson Yard and Palo Alto office

Moody's Analytics is relatively flexible for remote 1-2 days a week; tech stack is newer than what I expected before joining. We also have an in-house accelerator
