what is the company oportun like to work for as an engineer
hey guys i might be getting a potential offer soon with oportun for an engineering position. do you guys know what it is like to work there, the work life balance, pay, company culture etc they are flexible with employees working remote.

Pay is good but not great. Work life balance seems to be good for the most part. They are very open to remote working with many current employees being remote and with people near an office still working from home most days of the week.
How is their TC and RSUs?
