start to finish, from job posting to closing a deal with a new person, how long does your search and hire process typically take? if it’s case by case (i imagine it is in most places) what factors tend to speed up or slow down your process most?
i wouldn't count search as a part of the count. maybe the process around the JD/approvals/posting but the search time varies way too much on way too many factors.
in terms of when the candidate actually applies and is picked up the recruiter it varies by team but i'd say =or<30 days is ideal

Data scientists are the most difficult for us to hire. There just aren't enough people doing that kind of work yet. Alternatively junior engineers can usually be hired in less than a month.
