Hi, I just joined Google and am picking the investment options in vanguard funds. There are too many options, could you guys provide some tips on which one to choose? TC: 200k
Just do one of the target retirement funds. Maybe the 2065 one even if you plan on retiring before that. This will get you into both US and international index funds. No reason to make it more complicated than that.
I disagree that there's no reason to make it more complicated, there's lots of reason. I generally agree that they're great all in one finds for people who would rather not bother with their allocation. OP, I'd second this recommendation, except you really should pick one that is for your "normal" retirement age, which is likely around 2060, but just get as close to the year you'll turn 65 as possible.
