Hi , I am in the stage of last final interview, Can you pls tell me which company is the best in terms of growth, opportunities and work life balance. Based on your input i can put more effort on those companies. Note - TC for those companies is not decided yet. Also I am ok to relocate. YOE - 12 #Glassdoor #Intuit #wayfair #glassdoor #servicenow #interview
For Wayfair it entirely depends on what team you are on. I’m on storefront it has the best WLB, growth, etc. Other orgs are in transition right now with big problems to solve = big opportunities.
Will +1 to SF having amazing WLB.
Avoid intuit and Glassdoor, I have had close friends work and interview at both these companies and it’s fucking retards who would go there. Service now is a good company, know nothing about Wayfair.
Can you elaborate?
Intuit: will give you stability but the wlb leading up to tax season is INSANELY bad. Depending on your role, you're working in war rooms for 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. Not sure how that's going to work with COVID but even disregarding that, you're looking at a product that has really gone through as much innovation that it's going to ServiceNow: 20%+ year over year headcount growth. Breaking into multiple verticals. Stock is the fastest growing of most tech companies around right now. The joke with them is that they're a publicly traded startup. Lots of things happening/changing but there's a ton of room to grow/try new things. I've been here for a few years and the company is amazing. Can't talk much about the others but I know the first two well.
Wayfair tc is very low. I personally love servicenow
Generally, larger companies are more compatible with the three criteria you mentioned.
