I have a few offers. Any thoughts on which is the best? Marcus by Goldman: Level: VP Comp: 180k base + 70k bonus + 78k rsu/4 = 270kTC Facebook: Level: E4 Comp: 155k base + 10% bonus + 250k rsu/4 + 30k signing = 232TC WeWork: Level: Senior Software engineer Comp: 175k base + 185k options/ 5 years =212k TC Any thoughts on these offers. I was told these are all final. I have 8yoe.
How are u pricing the options for wework?
Im not sure, this is the value that they have me verbally.
You should subtract strike price you need to pay when exercising the options
Fb
Why would you choose fb?
You will make more money in a few years and you can use it to go to any other. The other two are not big names compared to fb
It was a struggle to get this. the original offer was much less. What RSUs do you think are possible.
Now after the stock decline nothing will be possible .... but it's worth the try
Would suggest take the Marcus offer .... finance sector is a good paymaster
why do you think marcus is a good choice?
Assume this is in NYC? FB is the best name, but something to be said about working at HQ and not a satellite office. I’d do either FB or Marcus, not WW.
I would join fb - Due to the recent drop your rsu price would be a steal
FYI, They likely take a 5 day moving average of the stock price when determining how many RSU to grant you, so wait a week if you want to maximize the number of RSUs.
thanks for the tips!
I would look past current TC now and look at the longer term power of a particular company on your resume should you decide to move on. I would expect FB has the largest future earning power longer term.

I like the Facebook offer, because after 2-3 years it’s more likely you can interview elsewhere and get a much higher offer, compared with the other two
