Do you really think Amazon is that bad
The people interviewing you are young and they don't want to work with older people. I interviewed someone and the first thing I noticed was that he was old and I had doubts if he'd be able to cope up with our fast paced environment and work culture. We hired him and he's actually turned out really good. But yeah basically the young interviewers
That good you did hired the guy you giving him a chance to prove he can be as good as the younger people. It’s sad how companies do interview base in looks something not the people true value and experience which they can bring to the firm. Younger interview need to be more open minded
