Went through about 10+ different recruiter phone interviews past week and holy s***
talking for several hours a day is tedious job.
Explaining WTF I worked on and what I did in my current position and what I'm looking for to each recruiter as if I'm a mocking bird was hard but I just realized recruiters talk about things like the interview process, job description, perks, etc to dozens of candidates every god damn day.
Geez I can't imagine talking about the same topic for hours a day. Huge respect to you guys and gals fr.
