I recently passed my HireRight background verification and am awaiting Google to review. I omitted my 2 most recent positions (<6 months each) on my resume, but included all the factual information on my HireRight report. That is to say, my resume lists my company from 2 jobs ago as the currently employed one, whereas my HireRight report lists my most recent 2 after that one.
Does Google check the contents of the HireRight report against your submitted resume or LinkedIn to verify employment history? Everything else on my report is a green flag as well.
