There is no interest in technology even amongst employees. No culture of improving technology. All the work is on legacy code and some very minor improvements like adding a new database is regarded as something great. Naturally, if you are good at technology and are planning to implement something cutting edge, stay away. If you want to relax, have a good time, make decent pay go, else avoid
