worth to move after 600k+ TC?
I've been at Dropbox for a long time. The company is stagnant, but I am stilling growing my scope and level. Expected a promo in 6 months, so TC may grow to 600k+ soon. However, looking around the top offers on blind, I'll have to target E7/L7 to get more TC than 600k. It seems very unlikely given my YOE.. Does any one else in the similar situation? Where can I go next? YOE: 8 + phd TC: ~540k
If you want to grow, I'd go to a growing company. Otherwise, rest and vest.
Is Facebook a growing company? Is Netflix? Snapchat? Twitter?
Op, if your getting paid $$ and growing in career and enjoying it, why not stay? You can test the waters if you want.

You may not move for tc increase at this stage, maybe early stage startups for high equity or your own thang ?
Based on your TC it seems like you are a seasoned IC4 (please correct me if wrong) and thats a good TC, plus if you get to IC5 then easily 600k+ and good exposure n responsibilities !! Unless there is a strong reason why leave ? You have great TC/ wlb/ good reputation name on resume.
