would you rather work for chase or a recently funded startup?

I am in the middle of making crazy decision. I recently started with chase, but I got an offer from startup, that is working on a promising product that I loved. the offer is the same, but the work is much more fun and more experice. However it is a startup and the risk is there, with chase the risk is less. what would ypu do ? #chase #startupoffer

Passion is everything. I changed jobs for more money and better benefits. But itā€™s boring and Iā€™m not feeling the mission. The company I came from was small but not a startup - but they were going through a national expansion and it was exciting. If I didnā€™t have a 2 yr vesting period Iā€™d be looking around. I donā€™t think Iā€™ll ever be able to stay somewhere longer than 2-3 year. If you donā€™t have kids or significant other, Iā€™d consider the startup. If you already have a family thereā€™s more risk for sure. At the end of the day you gotta do what makes you happy

You can join another company if startup doesn't workout. Easy decision. Follow your heart :)

Iā€™m surprised the tech startup has the same compensation as Chase. Banking pay has not kept track with pay at tech companies and startups(because they want to attract good talent)

Ideally Neither. If those are your only options, go with the startup!

Go with the startup
