It does not say "you only get stock two years out", it falsely says you get none and doesn't mention the performance aspect.
It does not say the amount depends on rating and that TT get large grants
It falsely equates base raise to raise
Etc
It's just wrong and if you look at other lines they are also mostly wrong as well.
