Looks like companies are starting to cut COVID paid sick leaves amidst the surge ‘as per CDC guidelines’.
While most folks are recovering quickly, I feel companies (especially big tech) should lead in terms of providing benefits like sick leaves.
How many paid sick days does your company offer (especially COVID)?
Apple - Had special sick leave, now removed. Need to use usual 12 days/year.
