They are tough with $, but I got 220K base, 600K RSU, 60K sign on after negotiating with competing offers (L5 externally hired).
RSUs are Waymo and not Google, but that's expected- they've been using their own RSU since 2017 or so. If they still have google stock it'd be a different story.
You'll be working with the best, that's for sure. But it's not worth taking a paycut for- everyone will be at the same point in a few years.
