Working remote across time zones

How do handle working with off sync schedules? If most people are in est and you are in pst, do you work pst 9-5 or est 9-5?

    Live est->work pst is easy, you can get up at like noon for your morning meetings. Might have to work late, but you can go out all night cause you don’t have to be up till noon.

    Opposite is shit though, have fun taking 7am meetings all the time. At least you’re done early, but idk what you plan to do with your free time at 3pm on a Tuesday and you need to be in bed by like 10pm lol.

    I try to strike a balance — a few days on each calendar. I work with a team in zurich, and start at 7am pst twice a week.

      Yeah I am in the est and will be joining a team in pst. Trying to Guage what people do to figure out if me working 9-5 will be ok.

    Most of my company is est, and anyone outside of that time zone (at least on my team) has to work 9-6 est as well, so people who live in pst have to work 6-3 pst
