Uber PM Interview Process

I’ve been in Product Operations for a few years and want to become a Product Manager. Was able to secure a phone interview at Uber. Can someone fill me in on what to expect for this process? And what level and comp I would expect as a new PM

    Just watch few interviews on YouTube on How to nail the PM interview.
    If you do the following you will get it:
    1- be consice on your intro no more than 3 min and highlight top project and their impact
    2 - be familiar with JAM interviews, practice some examples before
    3 - prepare the stakeholder management bullshit question
    4- think about cases were you had to work with eng, product and UX and show that you were able to perform in this environment
    With this it's a done deal
