Hello,
I have offers from above two. For Google, I am in team matching phase so don't know exact team yet. Google opportunity is based in LA. I am currently in computer vision field and considering MSFT AI&R I want to give serious consideration to it without rushing for Google. Any thoughts/advice on these two choices?

Microsoft's new divisions are free of old baggage, which means if you are good you will promoted faster and will be rewarded accordingly.
What's up with this BS, take whatever scarps Google is offering and join ? Seriously ? Google is not Utopia, I have known enough people from Google whom have quite Google because they were not growing or getting shaffted by their managers
Go with your gut feeling, talk to hiring manager, quize him/her, and if you like what you hear join that team
I’d rather work at Google any day personally as long as all of your team matches are CV related
