Currently working in OCI as MTS2(since a little more than an year).
Some of the projects in my maproad look exciting. but as is the case with Oracle, the processes are pretty slow.
Exp- 2.10 yrs
TC - 21.5 + 6 joining bonus + ~30L stocks (4 yrs)
Got an offer from Adobe content platform team for computer scientist role.
TC - 32(26 base+variable) + 4 joining bonus + ~51L stocks (4 yrs)
Earlier i had just this offer and was planning to stay in OCI as the project there didnt excite me as much and was something i had already worked on.
Today, i got a call from amazon with a verbal communication that i have cleared the interviews and asking for some docs. Although the recruiter hasnt made it clear yet, but i think i will be offered SDE1 L4 role. I had interviewed for AWS lex team. (Will update with details once i have them)
Looking for advice and suggestions?? Should i take aws offer? if yes, in what conditions?
#oracle #adobe #amazon

If amazon offers more, negotiate with adobe with Amazon offer.
Yes it is. Im just thinking I should prefer the project and work rather than role atm.
Adobe and oci are not much different in the _okayish learning and nice chilling_ part.
AWS is a sweat shop. And yes, leave OCI π
