Anyone else who has successfully received TNs in the past and is current on a valid visa getting RFEs from USCIS? I was asked for proof of compliance and renewed expert opinion that I meet classifications. My immigration lawyer says its happening much more frequently. #workvisa #tnvias #uscis I'm told it wont affect my current visa, but does affect my ability to extend or change employers.
